The aforementioned rates are guaranteed for attendees of the Distribution Logisitics Summit (DLS) only. By making a reservation using these preferred rates, you are confirming that you are registered to attend DLS. Informa Connect reserves the right to adjust any reservations to standard rack rate or remove the reservation from the DLS room block if, following audit, it is evident that the reservation is held on behalf of someone that is not planning to attend the Conference.

WARNING: Beware of Housing Poachers and Data Scammers

INFORMA DOES NOT WORK WITH OUTSIDE COMPANIES FOR ATTENDEE HOTEL ROOMS 

Informa Connect is aware that unauthorized housing companies (called hotel “poachers”) every year contact registered attendees offering cheaper rates at hotels in Informa’s DLS hotel block. The poacher rates are usually quoted in US$ and initially appear less expensive.

Often when the attendee arrives at the hotel – the hotel is already sold out and has no record of the reservation.

This practice, also known as “room pirating” is a scam that all attendees and exhibitors should be aware of in order to avoid passing along personal and financial information. Hotel poachers will claim to be an Informa, DLS “partner” or the “official housing company” and will ask that your room be paid in full in advance of the convention. We work directly with the hotels for DLS and reservations can be made directly with the hotels via the respective websites. Beware of and report any unauthorized solicitations to Katherine Radziszewski via email.
